TECO Refund and Return Policy

Effective date: 16 October 2026

At TECO, we want every purchase to feel considered and worthwhile. You may request an eligible voluntary return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. For change-of-mind returns and size-preference exchanges, items must be unworn except for reasonable fitting, kept in resaleable condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Please retain original tags and packaging where reasonably possible.

Customers pay the shipping costs for voluntary returns and exchanges. Contact miracletecobenson@gmail.com with your name, order number, product, reason for return and photographs where relevant before shipping anything back. We will provide return instructions.

Approved refunds are generally processed by bank transfer within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank may require additional time to make the funds available. Any shorter mandatory legal deadline takes precedence.

If goods arrive faulty, are materially different from their description, or are not what you ordered, contact us promptly. TECO will provide the remedies and handle applicable return costs as required by consumer protection law. The seven-day voluntary return conditions do not limit statutory rights, including relevant Nigerian protections for defective goods.

For international orders, contact us for return instructions before dispatch. Cross-border consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded remain applicable.
